Caleb was born in Nigeria but moved at a young age with his family to Ireland, settling eventually in County Laois. Living in a remote part of Ireland meant he needed to find a way to occupy himself. So he started writing and recording songs in a garden shed that his parents gave him. This confluence of cultures is evident in his music as his soft Irish accent seamlessly melds with his vibey Afro–beats.
